Booking Appointments

Fees and Payment:

What are your fees? 

*Free phone consultation for therapy or assessment services

*Initial therapy or assessment consultation - $30 (1st session only)

*Individual life coaching sessions - $100 per session

*Individual therapy sessions - $125 per session

*Couples enrichment, premarital or therapy - $130 per session

*Community Education Presentations - fees determined on a case-by-case basis

Cancellation/No show Fee: Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation of $25.00

How can I pay?

Payment is required at the time of service.

Do you accept insurance?  Currently, I do not accept insurance. Some Healthcare Savings Accounts (HSAs) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) may provide coverage for assessment or counseling services. Please verify eligibility and claim guidance with your HSA/FSA administrator. Information for HSA/FSA forms can be provided at the time of service.


Are couples sessions limited to married couples?  No. Couples and partners are welcome regarding of relationship type, faith or background. 

What is the difference between counseling and life coaching? 60 minute coaching sessions are available to adults, ages 20+, who would like to gain clarity and establish clear goals in particular area(s) of their life.  These sessions do not provide therapy or treatment.  Instead, clients are guided through the process of identifying life challenges, developing new or improving current life skills, and establishing goals to measure success.
